Following a recent public consultation and ratification through Council processes Coventry City Council has recently implemented a new Travel Assistance Policy. All children who currently receive travel assistance through the Local Authority will now need to re-apply for September 2017. Families will need to reapply annually.

If you are unable to access the internet, you can contact the school or the SEN office who will be able to provide you with a paper copy.
This process applies to all students who are currently receiving home to school transport and any families currently in receipt of a Personal Transport Budget.
All applications will be considered during the summer holidays and once we have assessed each child’s eligibility against the new criteria we will contact parents with the outcome.
The deadline for families to submit these applications is 31st July 2017. Any families who do not re-apply will not be receiving travel assistance from September.
