School Transport Issues

A decision was taken by Coventry City Council to change the contractor for school transport for Three Spires. We were not involved in this decision. As a result the contract was taken back by Coventry Council. We are aware that there were major issues today and some children arrived into school very late. Others were not collected. We have passed on to the Council our concerns as the disruption was considerable.  But please note, the organisation of transport is not something the school is responsible for.  If parents wish to raise an issue further, please contact Coventry City Transport Bureau  on 02476834004 and asked to speak about SEND transport.

Please note, we are aware that some parents did not apply for transport renewal and therefore no arrangements were put in place. Details were provided by letter and an information session was organised and held in school. Carole Quinney supported a good number of parents in completing applications. Again, if any parent did not apply and needs to do so, please contact the Transport Bureau directly or Carole for further advice.
